Kerry is a fourth generation Petaluman who graduated from Cal State Sacramento with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. She got her real estate license while in college and started selling real estate in 1979. After specializing in corporate relocation, she ventured into business park management, and in 1992 she opened Mahoney Davison Co. She has two grown sons, loves spending time with family, entertaining, and being active in the community with various clubs and organizations.

Amy is a licensed property manager with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Business from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. Both degrees and her kind heart serve her well in the property management business. Originally from Kentucky, Amy enjoyed raising her two children in Atlanta, GA and Nashville before moving to Petaluma in 2015. She loves exploring the beauty of Northern CA in her free time.

Sarah is a licensed property manager. She was born and raised in Petaluma, attended Casa Grande High School and is currently a PT student at Santa Rosa Jr. College. With a general contractor father and seven siblings, Sarah can handle any situation and has a real knack for solving maintenance issues. She enjoys camping, fishing and canoeing.

Korin is a licensed property manager with roots in Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. She speaks fluent Spanish, enjoys spending time with her baby, Armando, and furry companion, Smokey Bear. An avid foodie, Korin loves eating at local restaurants & cooking new recipes at home. She is an efficient property manager who relishes working with tenants & owners, especially on property turnovers. Korin is the 2022/23 President of the local Marin/Sonoma Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Laura Taylor is a key member of our team with a bubbly personality and a strong family background in real estate investments. Laura graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in Sociology, married her college sweetheart and returned to her native Penngrove in 2017. Besides hiking, kayaking and gardening, she "loves helping people find their perfect place to call home".

Zoe was born and raised in a small town in Virginia until she was 13. In 2003, her family made way their way to Berkeley California where Zoe attended high school. In 2006 her family moved to Point Reyes area where they owned and operated a inn on the edge of the National Seashore until 2012. From there, Zoe lived in Petaluma and currently resided on a small 3-acre farm in Santa Rosa.

Linda returned to Petaluma in 2018 after a 15-year departure to southwestern Colorado to raise her two children. In 2008 Linda earned her paralegal certification from the University of Colorado, Pueblo, and worked as a paralegal for several Colorado law firms. Linda returned to Petaluma and bookkeeping in 2018 when she and her husband became the proverbial “empty nesters.” Linda enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly is the newest bookkeeper on our team! Born and raised in Marin County, she now resides in Petaluma with her husband and two girls. When she’s not home working in her garden or cooking, she loves to explore Sonoma County and try different wineries. Something she loves about accounting and bookkeeping is making sure everything is accurate and clean with homeowners’ books!
